Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. -Ferris Bueller

If more people were like this we’d be living in a much better place
It’s days like this that make life worth living. Life has definitely been good to me so far, and even though every day isn’t peachy, every day gives me an opportunity to learn. I like to embrace all experiences, whether good or adverse, because they have helped me grow as a person. Now I have a much better grasp of what I want out of life and to really be grateful for the people who have been there for me through all sorts of situations (especially my parents!). I love my life and all the people in it. So THANK YOU for being there for me :)

So I’ve been sick for the past few days and it really sucks. Before I went to the doctor I attempted to self diagnose with the symptoms I have, which I feel like a lot of people tend to do. I definitely thought I might have strep throat or pneumonia, but it turns out I only have a respiratory infection *whew*. I feel like this picture depicts what happens to a lot of people when they try to diagnose themselves. Go see a doctor! It’s probably not as bad as you think. Also, they can give you drugs like codeine that make you feel sooooo much better.

Word.
So I went to Tahoe again this weekend. We were pretty much snowed in, but it didn’t really matter because I was in good company. I feel like a lot of the time it doesn’t matter where you are, but who you’re with that makes trips and adventures memorable. It was a much needed, relaxing getaway that included snow man making, hot chocolate, snowshoeing, movie watching, cuddling, and drinking. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend.
I’m loving life and things just keep getting better :)
You know what really grinds my gears? Professors who tell you what specific things will NOT be on an exam….and then put those things on the exam. If you’re going to just steer us wrong, don’t say anything at all, because if you didn’t say anything, I would have studied all the material anyway. *sigh*
On a more postive note, I went skiing in Tahoe this weekend and it was SO MUCH FUN. Now back to the grind…..
